History

AgRecycle's journey into organic recycling began in the early 1990s as an entrepreneurial vision within Lamb Farms, located in Lebanon, Indiana. Rooted in values of family, responsible farming, and stewardship, our farm, a central Indiana grower since 1963, expanded to embrace composting and soil amending.

In 2008, AgRecycle formally became a division of Lamb Farms, Inc. Since then, we've grown, becoming an integral part of the region's shift towards responsible waste management.

It’s Good For You. It’s Good For Us. Compost.

  • Composting is undeniably good for YOU as a business. It's a smart choice that goes beyond waste reduction. By adopting composting practices, you not only minimize certain disposal costs but also enhance your corporate sustainability profile. It's an investment in a cleaner, more efficient future, translating into financial savings and a positive environmental image.

  • Composting is good for US all. When businesses commit to composting, it benefits our local community, Lamb Farms, Indiana, and the world at large. It's a collaborative effort to conserve resources, diminish the environmental impact, and advance sustainable practices. Together, we can build a more resilient and conscious future.

  • Compost is the transformative force driving sustainability. It takes organic waste and turns it into a valuable resource – nutrient-rich, soil-enhancing compost. This is at the core of our mission, revitalizing crops, rejuvenating landscapes, and advancing sustainable growth. Embrace the power of Compost to align your business with eco-friendly, cost-effective waste management solutions.
